John Trahan, Senior Consultant
John has successfully recruited candidates for Spectra Tracey & Associates for over two years now; serving clients and candidates with understanding, compassion and respect. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, John has over 20 years experience in the hospitality and recruitment industries. John’s previous roles as General Manager and Individual Business Unit Leader prepared him for full-cycle recruitment to include pre-employment screening, vetting processes, document control, coaching and counseling, skill assessments, onboarding and offboarding.

Kerry Tracey, President
Kerry Tracey started Spectra Temps® Inc. / Tracey & Associates in 1993. The firm's original focus was the permanent placement of management level professionals and office staff to serve companies in the Southern New England area. She diversified her business to provide her clients the flexibility to fulfill all of their staffing needs, both temporary and permanent. As a working owner, Kerry is involved in every facet of the business, from sales and finance to intensive client relations, interviewing, and placing candidates on a permanent or temporary basis. Kerry takes pride in making a difference—whether it’s providing critical support for our clients’ success or changing someone’s life by helping them find their perfect role.

Joyce Vario, Finance
Joyce is a seasoned accounting professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Joyce has a solid background in financial management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and business operations. She has experience in a multitude of business sectors, including large non-profits, law firms, the restaurant industry, and other business models. From managing accounts receivables & payables, bank reconciliations, tax preparation, and financial reporting, Joyce understands all aspects of financial administration for small to mid-size businesses. Her dedication to detail along with a commitment to financial integrity is paramount.

Temp-To-Hire Program
Spectra Temps® Inc. / Tracey & Associates offers a practical and convenient temp-to-hire program that allows you to “try before you hire.” If you find that a temporary candidate is suited for a permanent position within your firm, he or she may be hired from us for a small conversion fee.
